There are two different types of Oticon Corda Domes. The choice of dome changes the sound properties.
Open Domes:
The open domes are suitable for you who do not want an enclosed feeling in the ear canal and occlusion. So, the domes ensure great ventilation in the ear canal. Used for light to moderate reinforcement needs.
More domes:
The Plus dome has an increasingly pointed shape, and therefore has properties from both the closed and open dome. It provides a ventilating effect in the ear canal while giving you a more intense sound experience.
Power domes:
The power dome provides the most intense sound experience. It is made with two seals that ensure a good fit and completely exclude other sounds. The power dome is the least ventilating dome and thus the dome with the most occluded feeling.
