Oticon Minifit Domes are made of soft material and adapt to your ear. The soft lamellas ensure a perfect fit in the ear canal, and the ventilation holes allow your ear and ear canal to breathe. This provides an individualized fit and prevents a closed-off feeling in the ear canal when using Oticon Minifit Domes.
You can easily switch between different domes depending on the listening situation. They can be easily clicked on and off, allowing you to change domes based on your needs.
There are three types of domes:
- Power domes, shown here, provide an extra intense sound experience. Power domes are closed domes with two membranes.
- Open domes create an additional ventilating effect. They sit at the outer edge of the ear canal, and the ventilation holes allow the ear canal to "breathe." The open domes come in 5, 6, 8, and 10 mm in diameter.
- Bass domes - available in versions with one or two ventilation channels. The more ventilation, the less closed-off sensation, but at the same time, some dynamics in the sound may be lost.
The choice of domes will alter the sound experience depending on the type you choose.
