The neck-loop antenna - or in everyday speech simply the neck loop - is the part that creates the connection between the ComPilot and the hearing aids, i.e., the antenna that makes the signal that the hearing aids receive. This also means that if this is not in order then the sound cannot be received in the hearing aids.
The neck loop is available in both a short and a long version. The long version is the one included as a standard.
