This cleaning and maintenance set is used for Oticon hearing aids. With this Oticon Care set you get everything you need to clean and maintain your hearing aid. Sweat and dirt can cause great damage to a hearing aid and therefore daily cleaning and care is necessary.

With cleaning tablets you can give your ear plugs a proper cleaning. The cleaning reaches all nooks and crannies that can be difficult to clean with cleaning wipes. You can perform a thorough cleaning with cleaning tablets once a week to support the daily cleaning of your hearing aids. This helps you to stay clear of harmful bacteria and this risk of ear infections is reduced. Users of hearing aids are more exposed to ear infections.

Start by placing a cleaning tablet in the cleaning cup and fill the cup two thirds with warm water. Now you can place the ear plugs in the cleaning cup and leave them for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you can remove the ear plugs and rinse with warm water.

After the cleaning they must dry completely, and the tubes must be absolutely free from water before using them. This is easily ensured with an air blower that removes water drops in the ear plug.
